What is the 10% auction fee?
For fundraising auctions, we charge a 10% platform fee on successful sales. This helps cover payment processing, fraud protection, and platform maintenance.
Are there payment processing fees?
Standard payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are passed through from our payment provider. These are industry standard and unavoidable for all platforms.
What if donors do not tip?
That is perfectly fine! Tips are completely optional. Your organization still receives 100% of the donation amount (minus standard payment processing fees).
